Downtown Parking

As a reminder, while Fifth Avenue remains closed in front of the Floyd County Historic Courthouse, essential services are available across the street at 5 Government Plaza.

There are four windows open in the former Law Enforcement Center for the public to access the Tax Commissioner's Office, Tag Office and Tax Assessor's Office and the Sixth Avenue parking deck is free and open to the public for people who are visiting the tax offices or Judicial Center.

Remember that while Fifth Avenue and much of Tribune Street remain closed you can get to the Judicial Center via the Fifth Avenue bridge or by parking in the Sixth Avenue parking deck and walking over.

To access the tax and tag offices you can park in the Sixth Avenue parking deck next to the former Law Enforcement Center.
