The Floyd County Clerk's Office processes licenses for the following:

  2026 Alcohol License Fees + Info (BEER)

  Consume on premises - Sunday	$100.00 per year
  Retail sale	$600.00 per year

  (INVESTIGATION FEE / FINGERPRINTING / ADVERTISING)

  Investigation fee/fingerprinting shall be required of ALL applicants for the sale of malt beverages and wine. The fee shall be non-refundable. Fingerprinting is done at the Floyd County Jail by appointment ONLY by calling (706)291.4111, ext. 8818 or 8819
