  1. Complete the Alarm Registration Form below. All submissions will be kept on file.
  2. Payments can be made in-person, by mail, or online using GovPayNow:

  3. Forms of payment accepted: personal check, cashier's check, or money order made payable to Floyd County E-911. We do not accept cash.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent with your registration number within 30 days. If you have not received confirmation within the allotted time period, call Alisha Burnes at (706)236-4543, ext 1.

Pay Alarm Registration / False Alarm Fees via GovPayNow

Registration and false alarm fees can be made  by following the instructions below.

  1. You will first need to copy the Pay Location Code A0004d before proceeding.
  2. Visit GovPayNow.
  3. Enter Your Pay Location Code (PLC): A0004d
  4. Click Continue and complete all information. Failure to provide completed information will delay the process.
  5. Payment Type:
    • Alarm Registration: fee is $15.00. There is no need to complete the online Alarm Registration below if payment is processed online.
    • False Alarm Fees: assessed for false alarms occurring in a calendar year from January 1 through December 31 according to the following schedule:

      Number of false alarm occurences Fee
      First, second, and third false alarm no penalty
      Fourth false alarm $35.00
      Fifth false alarm $65.00
      Sixth false alarm $100.00
      Seventh (or greater) false alarm $125.00

       







  6. You will receive an email confirmation with your alarm registration number within 30 business days. If you have not received confirmation within the allotted time period, call Alisha Burnes at (706) 236-4543, ext 1.
