PUBLIC NOTICE: Early Processing of Absentee by Mail Ballots

PUBLIC NOTICE: January 16, 2026

Beginning on March 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m., the Floyd County Board of Elections and Voter Registration office will be conducting Early Processing of Absentee by Mail Ballots at 18 East 12th Street Rome, 30161. This process will continue between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. each sequential day until all Absentee by Mail Ballots are scanned, as time and staffing allow. Results tallying will not occur until polls are closed at 7:00 p.m. on March 10, 2026. Early processing and scanning is open to the public.
