PUBLIC NOTICE: Early Processing of Absentee by Mail Ballots

PUBLIC NOTICE: March 27, 2026

Beginning on April 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ending at 5:00 p.m., the Floyd County Board of Elections and Voter Registration office will be conducting Early Processing of Absentee by Mail Ballots at 18 East 12th Street, Rome. This process will continue each day between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. each sequential day until all Absentee by Mail Ballots are scanned, as time and staffing allow. Results tallying will not occur until polls are closed at 7:00 p.m. on April 7, 2026.  Early processing and scanning is open to the public.
