The Floyd County Clerk's Office processes licenses for the following:

    • Temporary (Non-Profit)
    • Temporary (Off-Premises)
  • Coin Operated Amusement Machines

  • Self-Service Fuel Dispensing Stations

  • Precious Metals Dealer

Consume on premises - Sunday $100.00 per year
Retail sale $600.00 per year
Manufacturing / wholesale $600.00 per year

* Investigation fee/fingerprinting shall be required of ALL applicants for the sale of malt beverages and wine. The fee shall be non-refundable.
