New Year's Eve Fireworks Extravaganza
ROME, Ga., Dec. 15, 2025 – Atrium Health Floyd + Harbin Clinic and Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation are partnering to help usher in the new year with a spectacular fireworks show.
This marks the fourth consecutive year Atrium Health Floyd has presented the New Year’s Eve Fireworks Extravaganza, and now Harbin Clinic joins the festivities through its strategic combination with Atrium Health Floyd.
The event will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be launched from Jackson Hill, giving residents across Rome a fantastic view of the colorful display.
More than 800 shells featuring a variety of fireworks will light up the sky, provided by Zambelli Fireworks, which has handled Independence Day fireworks for the past several years.
“This will be a great way to welcome 2026,” said Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation Director Todd Wofford.
Atrium Health Floyd + Harbin Clinic and Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation also collaborate on other community events, including the July Fourth Fireworks and Patriotic Party at Ridge Ferry Park, the Leprechaun-a-thon 5K Road Race and Health Walk in March, and The Paper Doll Parade and Breast Cancer Awareness 5K in October.
“We appreciate our relationship with Atrium Health Floyd and Harbin Clinic,” Wofford said. “They have allowed us to make these events even bigger and better. It’s a great thing for Rome and Floyd County.”
