Mission Statement
To ensure the safekeeping of human life and protection of public property, to maintain an environment suited to the equal administration of the law, as well as an optimum level of preparedness.
Our officers respond to 911 calls, patrol county and state roads and initiate investigations in cases of suspicious activity. The police department responds to reports of crime, assists with medical and psychiatric calls for service, interviews citizens, completes written reports and investigate allegations of crime. We conduct traffic enforcement and investigate vehicle crashes within our jurisdiction.
